Rockville is inviting the business community to weigh in on its procurement process through a brief online survey.
The Rockville Vendor Outreach Survey targets minority, female, disabled and veteran-owned businesses that have participated in the city’s bidding process or are interested in doing so. The survey aims to capture their overall experience and satisfaction, along with any challenges or barriers that affect their ability to compete.

The questionnaire takes a few minutes to complete and asks about transparency of the procurement process, the ease of accessing bidding opportunities and ideas for making the process more inclusive.
Feedback will help the city enhance transparency, efficiency and accountability in how it awards contracts.
