Thousands of MCPS students, parents and community members joined school system staff and community partners on Saturday, Aug. 23, to kick off the 2025-2026 school year at the Back-to-School Fair. At the fair, attendees picked up free materials on MCPS programs and community services, participated in the curriculum; enjoyed music and dancing; created art on spin bikes; and received free immunizations.
