Reporters are encouraged to participate in this week’s virtual media briefing on Wednesday, March 25, at 12:30 p.m., where they will have the opportunity to ask Montgomery County Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Rich Madaleno questions. County Executive Marc Elrich is away on business this week.
The CAO will discuss events highlighted by Visit Montgomery, the County’s destination marketing organization. Ideas will be timely, given that next week is spring break for many families, and focus on experiences unique to Montgomery County, like the Tastemakers Trail. His guest this week will be:

The weekly media briefings offer reporters an opportunity to discuss timely and vital issues with key members of the County Government and community leaders invited to the Zoom call. Media members who wish to participate in the virtual media briefing should contact Tracy O’Connor at tracy.o’[email protected] by 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Login information will be provided after receipt of the RSVP. Login information for the media briefing remains the same from week to week. There is no need to RSVP each week unless you are new to the call.
