Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich to Present His Recommended Fiscal Year 2026 Operating Budget on Friday, March 14

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will present his recommended operating budget for Fiscal Year 2026 at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 14. The County Charter requires the County Executive to present a recommended operating budget to the County Council by March 15 of each year. The Council then reviews the recommendations and adopts the budget by late May. The new budget will go into effect on July 1.

Parking: Public parking is available on the lower level of the Council Office Building garage at the corner of Monroe and Jefferson streets.
