Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will join Councilmembers Marilyn Balcombe, Evan Glass, Will Jawando and Sidney Katz, Gaithersburg Mayor Jud Ashman and County Department of Health and Human Services Director James Bridgers at the Nadim Khan Memorial Homeless Resource Day to observe first-hand the variety of programs and services offered for residents experiencing homelessness.
