On July 15, the County Council unanimously passed the legislation to create a for displaced federal workers.

Seriously? Where was he during all the previous RIFs by previous administrations? Where was he when all the businesses had to close during Covid? Where was he when people could not get hired because they could not take the Covid shot? Where was he when any business has had to close and let people go?
