Thirteen high school bands participated in the Marching Band Showcase on Oct. 24 at Albert Einstein High School. A middle school massed band performed the national anthem, and the event closed with a performance from all the high school bands of 9 to 5, Dolly Parton’s signature song, in a tribute to the late country legend.
