Tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct. 1, from noon-1:30 p.m. ET, County Executive Marc Elrich, County Council President Kate Stewart and County Councilmembers will welcome Rep. McClain-Delaney and the Democratic Women’s Caucus (DWC) members, along with House Democrats for a visit to the Sidney Kramer Upcounty Regional Service Center, located at 12900 Middlebrook Rd. in Germantown, MD. The Members of Congress will tour the facility and meet with staff who provide essential health and human services, income supports, and public health services to community members. Following the tour, they will host a press conference to discuss their visit at 1:00 pm. “Montgomery County is grateful for Rep.
