Concern for Missing Sixteen-Year-Old

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emmanuel “Manny” Gregory, a missing 16-year-old.
