City of Rockville and Morguard Bring Wireless Connectivity to Popular Downtown Area May 22, 2026 Visitors to The Square in Rockville now have access to free public Wi-Fi, the result of a partnership between the City of Rockville and Morguard, the property management company that operates the mixed-use development. The network is open to anyone with a Wi-Fi-enabled device. The service allows users to browse the internet, check email, stream content, and share on social media while spending time in Rockville Town Center. How to connect: Open up your Wi-Fi settings on your device. Select the network, “The Square Rockville — Public Wi-Fi.” A browser page will open up that states, “Connect to WiFi with Verizon.” Check the box to accept terms and conditions.
