Thirty-Six-Year-Old Arrested for Stalking and Sexual Assault; Additional Victims a Concern

Gaithersburg, MD – 36-year-old Marvin Alexander De Leon Siguenza, of Rockville, has been arrested and charged with stalking and a sexual assault that occurred in Silver Spring. Detectives have released a photo of De Leon Siguenza and are urging anyone who may be a victim by De Leon Siguenza to come forward.

On Thursday, January 16, 2025, the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District patrol officers began investigating De Leon Siguenza following the report of stalking and a sexual assault that occurred earlier.

The investigation revealed that De Leon Siguenza approached the adult female victim on Friday, January 10, 2025, and Tuesday, January 14, before assaulting her on Thursday, January 16, 2025.

Detectives are concerned there may be additional victims of stalking or sexual assault by De Leon Siguenza that have not contacted police.

De Leon Siguenza was arrested on Thursday, January 16, and transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he was charged with stalking and fourth-degree sexual assault.
