Ride On Will Provide Shuttle Service for National Night Out Event in Germantown on Tuesday, August 6

For Immediate Release: Monday, August 5, 2024

Ride On buses are scheduled to provide continuous shuttle service from four pickup points to Montgomery College Germantown for a National Night Out event. Shuttle buses will begin loading at 5:30 p.m. and will continue running until 8:30 p.m.

The four pick-up locations are listed below:

  • Germantown Park Community Center: 18400 Cinnamon Dr, Germantown, MD 20874
  • Hamptons: 19757 Crystal Rock Dr, Germantown, MD 20874
  • Middlebrook Gardens: 19515 Frederick Rd, Germantown, MD 20876
  • Germantown Transit Center

Ride On bus fare is only $1 and monthly passes are $22.50 using SmarTrip, cash, or tokens. Seniors age 65 or older, persons with disabilities and youth ages 18 and under all ride free using specialized SmarTrip cards.

The Ride On Trip Planner app is a free regional public transportation planner that will find your fastest route.
