Public Meeting Scheduled for North Stonestreet Avenue Improvement Project – Mocofeed

In an effort to increase pedestrian and bike safety on North Stonestreet Avenue, the City of Rockville has started the design of a capital improvement project for sidewalks and bike lanes along North Stonestreet Avenue, from Lincoln Avenue to Park Road.

A virtual public meeting will be held 7-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 2 to gather input on the 30% design plan submission. Visit bit.ly/stonestreet30design to join the meeting.

This project includes curbs and gutters, pavement, drainage, stormwater management, sidewalks and bike lanes, signage and landscaping and traffic signal modifications to the traffic signal at the intersection of Park Road and South Stonestreet Avenue.
