Reporters interested in asking Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich questions will be able to do so during this week’s virtual media briefing, which will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
The County Executive will talk about the latest developments in Washington regarding the shutdown. He’ll also highlight the success of MC Groceries, a program that helps qualified clients shop for and pay for food through Instacart. His guest this week is:

The weekly media briefings offer reporters an opportunity to discuss timely and vital issues with the County Executive, key members of the County Government and community leaders invited to the Zoom call. Media members who wish to participate in the virtual media briefing should RSVP to Tracy O’Connor at tracy.o’[email protected] on the day of the briefing. Login information will be provided after receipt of the RSVP. Login information for the media briefing remains the same from week to week. There is no need to RSVP each week unless you are new to the call.
