Reporters are encouraged to attend this week’s virtual media briefing on Wednesday, April 30, at 12:30 p.m., where they can ask Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich questions.
The County Executive will focus on the impact of President Trump’s first 100 days in office. Specifically, he will put the spotlight on a group that has long been a safeguard in the face of climate change denial and opposition to sustainability. His guest this week will be:
- Tim Whitehouse, executive director, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER)
The weekly media briefings offer reporters an opportunity to discuss timely and vital issues with the County Executive, key members of the County Government and community leaders invited to the Zoom call.
