The County Executive will speak with new Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Thomas Taylor. The County Executive will also discuss the deployment of Maryland Task Force 1 to help with the storm response to Hurricane Debby. He will also talk about current drought conditions in Montgomery County.
The weekly media briefings offer reporters an opportunity to discuss timely and vital issues with the County Executive, key members of the County Government and community leaders invited to the Zoom call. Media members who wish to participate in the virtual media briefing should contact Tracy O’Connor at tracy.o’ [email protected] by 10:30 a.m. on the day of the briefing. Login information will be provided after receipt of the RSVP. Login information for the media briefing remains the same from week to week. There is no need to RSVP each week unless you are new to the call.
