- Resolution to approve an Amendment to the FY25-30 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) and Special Appropriation to the FY26 Capital Budget, Montgomery County Government, Department of Transportation, Resurfacing: Residential/Rural Roads (No. 500511), $8,200,000 (Source of Funds: General Obligation Bonds)
- Resolution to approve Supplemental Appropriation #26-66 to the FY26 Operating Budget, Montgomery County Government, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, FY26 Senator Amoss Fire, Rescue and Ambulance Fund (State 508) Grant, $2,121,756 (Source of Funds: State Grant)
- Expedited Bill 25-26, Capital Improvements – Special Project – Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center, would authorize the planning, design, and construction of the Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center (P722106) project in the Wheaton area.
- Expedited Bill 26-26, Capital Improvements – Special Project – North Bethesda Fire Station, would authorize the planning, design, and construction of the North Bethesda Fire Station (P451502) project in the North Bethesda and vicinity area.

To testify in-person or remotely during a live public hearing at the Council Office Building, residents need to preregister on the Council’s web page. Residents may also choose to provide pre-recorded testimony in written, audio or video formats or submit testimony by mail.
