Hallie Wells Middle School earned first place in the Montgomery County Department of Transportation’s 2026 Paint the Plow contest. The school’s winning design, titled “Together,” features a blue snowplow decorated with people holding hands, reflecting the contest theme, “Rooted in Service, Powered by Community.” Hallie Wells received a $500 award, and the decorated plow will be used this winter to help clear Montgomery County roads.
