Father and Daughter Arrested for Silver Spring Stabbing – Mocofeed

Gaithersburg, MD– A father and daughter wanted in connection with a stabbing in Silver Spring have been arrested.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District have arrested and charged 54-year-old William Andrew Dunn and 24-year-old Brittany Elaine Dunn, both of Silver Spring in connection with a stabbing that occurred on Thursday, June 4, 2026, in the 3700 block of Stepping Stone Lane.

The investigation revealed that William and Brittany attacked the victim inside their shared home. During the assault, the victim was stabbed in the upper chest. The victim, William and Brittany all lived together at the home.

On Thursday, June 11, William and Brittany Dunn were located and arrested in the 14900 block of Broschart Road in Rockville by the United States Marshall Service Capital Area Region Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF).

William and Brittany Dunn have both been transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit where they have been charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault and related offenses.
