Detours on MCDOT Ride On Bus Route 97 Due to Germantown Oktoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 5

MCDOT Ride On Bus Route 97 will experience detours due to the Germantown Oktoberfest event on Saturday, Oct. 5. The detours will run from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please note that the detour in the morning will be different from the detour in the afternoon.
The Route 97 detours will follow the following path:
- AM: Continue on Middlebrook Road, bypassing Century Boulevard, left on Germantown Road, left on Crystal Rock Drive, right on Century Boulevard.
- PM: From Aircraft Drive, right on Germantown Road, bypass Crystal Rock Drive, then right on Middlebrook Road, back on route.
Missed bus stops:
- AM: Stop #15018 (Century Boulevard and Town Common Drive), Stop #15016 (Century Boulevard), 15014 (Century Boulevard and Pinnacle Drive).
- PM: Stop #15004 (Century Boulevard and Pinnacle Drive), Stop #15000 (Century Boulevard and Town Common Drive).
Alternate stops:
- AM: Stop #15046 (Middlebrook Road and Celebration Way).
- PM: Stop #15044 (Middlebrook Road and Century Boulevard).
MCDOT Ride On bus fare is only $1 and monthly passes are $22.50 using SmarTrip, cash, or tokens. Seniors age 65 or older, persons with disabilities and youth ages 18 and under all ride free using specialized SmartTrip cards.
