Detectives Investigate Georgia Avenue Attempted Murder; Surveillance Photos Released – Mocofeed

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Station are investigating an attempted first-degree murder that occurred on Friday, July 10, 2026, at The Angry Jerk located in the 8200 block of Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring. Detectives have released surveillance photos and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.

 

The investigation has revealed that at approximately 10:34 p.m., the unknown male suspect entered the men’s bathroom and stabbed the victim multiple times, before leaving the scene.

 

The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 30-years-old, 6-feet-tall, 175 pounds, with long locs. The suspect was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, tan sneakers and a tan and burgundy baseball hat.
