Concern for Missing Teen

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ramiro Vladimir Palacios, a missing 13-year-old from Silver Spring.

Ramiro was last seen on Thursday, June 8, 2023, around 8 p.m., in the 1700 block of Hampshire Green Lane.

Ramiro is approximately 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. Ramiro has black eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black athletic pants and black Nike sneakers.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
