Concern for Missing Sixteen-Year-Old

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Diamond Kra, a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
