July Fourth in Rockville – Mocofeed

Rockville City Hall and some city facilities will be closed Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. 

Most other Rockville facilities will operate as usual. Parking fees at city-owned meters will be suspended Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.

Recycling, yard waste and refuse collection will not be affected.

The Rockville Senior Center will be closed Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4. Lincoln Park, Thomas Farm and Twinbrook community centers and Croydon Creek Nature Center will be open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, July 3, and closed Saturday, July 4. 

The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center will operate on its normal summer schedule Friday, July 3, and Sunday, July 5, and will close at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 4. Visit rockvillemd.gov/swimcenter for individual pool schedules.

The F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and box office will open normal hours, 2-7 p.m. Friday, July 3, and will close Saturday, July 4. Tickets are available anytime at rockvillemd.gov/theatre. 

Rockville Civic Center Park offices, including Glenview Mansion and the Glenview Mansion Art Gallery, will be closed Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4.
