UPDATE: Jin Zhan Wu has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jin Zhan Wu, a missing 76-year-old male from Silver Spring.

Missing adult flyer: Name: Jin Zhan Wu Age: 76 Description: 5-feet, 4-inches tall, 119 lbs., brown eyes and short shaved gray hair Last Seen: Tuesday, May 19, 2026, around 5 a.m., in the 12100 block of Livingston Street in Silver Spring Last Seen Wearing: a white shirt, blue vest and blue jeans and possibly wearing a black Giant food hat
