Ride On Bus Service Changes Coming on Sunday, May 3, to Improve Efficiency – Mocofeed

The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will adjust 18 Ride On bus route schedules beginning Sunday, May 3, to improve efficiency and on-time performance. These updates shift resources to provide more reliable service where demand is higher. The new schedules will be available at rideonbus.com and in print.

Route changes include:

Ten routes will have new trip times:

  • Route 12: New trip times. Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Route 15: New trip times. Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Route 16: New trip times. Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Route 17: New trip times. Saturdays.
  • Route 20: New trip times. Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Route 26: New trip times. Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Route 29: New trip times. Saturdays.
  • Route 34: New trip times. Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Route 40: New trip times / Running time adjustments. Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Route 47: New trip times. Saturdays and Sundays.

Eight routes will have adjustments to improve on-time performance:

  • Route 33: Running time adjustments. Weekdays.
  • Route 48: Running time adjustments. Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Route 49: Running time adjustments. Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Route 57: Running time adjustments / Trips. Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Route 97: Running time adjustments. Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Route 98:  New trip times / Running time adjustments. Weekdays and Saturdays.
  • Flash Blue: Running time adjustments. Weekdays. 
  • Flash Orange: Running time adjustments. Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
