Due to the anticipated heavy snow and ice event, MCDOT’s Ride On buses will be operating a reduced Sunday Schedule on Jan. 25, running only essential routes between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. The US 29 Flash BRT Orange route will operate limited service utilizing 40-foot Ride On buses, which provide better traction on snowy roads, instead of the standard Flash-branded 60-foot articulated buses. Riders should anticipate possible service delays and detours.
Routes in service include 8, 15, 16, 20, 26, 27, 34, 40, 43, 46, 47, 48, 55, 56, 59, 61 & Flash Orange, which will utilize 40-foot Ride On buses.

Please be advised that MCDOT Ride On will be monitoring weather conditions throughout the day and if snow accumulations become unsafe for operations, service may be terminated early to ensure the safety of riders and staff. The safety of riders and staff is Ride On’s top priority. MCDOT Ride On will closely monitor the weather and provide timely updates throughout the day via social media, our website, and email notifications to our GovDelivery subscribers.
