Concern for Missing Fourteen-Year-Old

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Erika Kamila Mancia-Martinez, a missing 14-year-old.
