Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division, Cold Case Unit are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who was possibly in or near the Wayne Avenue Garage on the night of Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
Investigators believe he may be a witness and could have information relevant to an ongoing homicide investigation.
