Concern for Missing Eighty-Five-Year-Old Woman

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Cecilia M. Cabiltes, a missing 85-year-old.
