Clarksburg Super Seniors Celebrating 50th Anniversary

What initially started out as a group of seniors just looking to get out of the house during their free time has turned into 50 years of camaraderie, fun memories and giving back to their Clarksburg community.

Montgomery County Recreation is honoring the Clarksburg Super Seniors with a special event to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The celebration will take place on Wednesday, May 14, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., at Damascus Community Recreation Center.

The Clarksburg Super Seniors truly embrace their motto of ‘Life is great when you participate.’ Media are welcome to join the seniors, Recreation staff and elected officials for this special event.
