“Dogs continue to enter the shelter every day and staff are struggling to find available kennels. We have had to cut our kennel sizes in half to make room for more dogs,” said Maria Anselmo, MCASAC community relations manager. “These dogs need your help. If you aren’t able to adopt, consider fostering, donating or even just spreading the word.”

Operated by the Montgomery County Office of Animal Services, MCASAC is the County’s only open-admission municipal shelter.
