Detectives Investigate Price Avenue Shooting; Shooting Photos Released

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section have released surveillance video of a suspect involved in a shooting that occurred in the 2300 block of Price Avenue on Saturday, January 18, 2025. Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.
At approximately 2:40 a.m., 4th District officers responded to the location for the report of a shooting.

The investigation revealed that the suspect was at Unplugged Restaurant & Sports Bar in the 11300 block of Georgia Avenue. After leaving the bar, the suspect shot at a vehicle. No injuries occurred.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with medium length black hair, wearing a dark colored jacket and Washington hat.
