Delays on Ride On Route 301 Starting April 14 Due to Utility Work

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, April 15, 2025

As of Monday, April 14, Glen Road has detours due to utility work. The project is scheduled to take 16 weeks to complete, extending into mid-August. The work will start on the “A” section of the pictured map above and make its way south to eventually complete the “B” (Gallery entrance, Greenbriar) section during the upcoming months.

Ride On Route 301 (Rockville-Tobytown) may see delays due to this utility work. Access to bus stops will be provided but may be shifted from regular locations. Pay attention to signage and flaggers.

The following bus stops may be impacted:

  • 17641: Gallery Road & Residents Drive
  • 17647: Travilah Road & Glen Road
