Ride On Bus Detours Due to Purple Line Construction in Silver Spring
For Immediate Release: Monday, January 6, 2025
Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 7, Purple Line Construction crews will temporarily close Manchester Road north of Wayne Avenue in Silver Spring for approximately six weeks.

To Silver Spring: From Flower Avenue and Piney Branch Road, left onto Piney Branch Road, right onto Sligo Creek Parkway, left onto Wayne Avenue and back on route.
