For more than half a century, the Holiday Drive has relied on support from local churches, schools, civic organizations, service clubs, social service agencies, businesses and individuals. As the holidays approach, Rockville businesses in particular are invited to join in contributing to the Holiday Drive’s good work.

In 2025, the drive served 550 Rockville households, including seniors, for Thanksgiving and reached more than 700 children and teens in December. In 2026, the city aims to serve more than 900 families in need. Collection boxes for donations will be placed at facilities throughout the city.

Food donations will be collected until Monday, Nov. 16; toys and books will be collected until Monday, Dec. 14.
