NEW DATE: Resolution to adopt Bill 42-23 , Health and Sanitation – Menstrual Products in Public Restrooms – Required, as a Board of Health Regulation, would adopt the requirements of the bill as a Board of Health regulation.
- NEW DATE: Bill 42-23 , Health and Sanitation – Menstrual Products in Public Restrooms – Required, would require places of public accommodation to provide menstrual products in certain public restrooms at no charge to users, and generally, amend the law regarding the provision of necessary health and sanitary products.

- Supplemental Appropriation #24-30 to the FY24 Operating Budget Montgomery County Government , Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, COVID-19 FEMA Contract Support, $300,000.00 (Source of Funds: General Fund Undesignated Reserves)
- Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 23-10 Parking, Queuing, and Loading – Calculation of Required Parking , would exempt residential uses from the minimum parking requirements if located near transit.
- Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 23-08, Transferable Development Rights – Cemetery, would allow certain parcels in the Agricultural Reserve (AR) zone that have Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs) to be allowed to be used as cemeteries, and generally, amend the provisions for TDRs.
- Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 23-09, Farming – Incidental Outdoor Stays, would allow incidental outdoor stays as a part of agritourism, and generally, amend the accessory farming uses.

Advisory Commission on Policing
The Montgomery County Council is seeking applicants to fill 11 public member vacancies on the Advisory Commission on Policing. Applications for the three-year appointments are due by 5 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2023.
