Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Firearms Investigation Unit are investigating a burglary that occurred at the AM Shooting Supply in the 26100 block of Ridge Road in Damascus.
On Sunday, November 12, 2023, at approximately 3:50 a.m., officers from the 5th District responded to a report of a break-in at the gun store. Upon arrival, officers determined that the suspects had forcibly entered the store by crashing a Hyundai sedan into the door.

Once inside, three individuals stole an undisclosed number of firearms and ammunition before driving away in a second vehicle.
As of now, there is no suspect information. This remains an active and ongoing investigation, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
