For the March 4 armed robbery, a 16-year-old male and a 16-year-old female were each charged as adults with armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and theft. A 14-year-old male was charged as a juvenile with the same offenses. Charges against the 14-year-old were forwarded to the Department of Juvenile Services.

The 16-year-old male was additionally charged as a juvenile with robbery, second-degree assault, and theft in connection with the March 5 strong-arm robbery. The 14-year-old male was also charged as a juvenile in connection with that offense.

The 16-year-old female was arrested on April 7, 2026, on an active warrant and is being held at the Central Processing Unit. The 16-year-old male was already in custody at the Central Processing Unit on a separate charge when the warrant stemming from these offenses was served on April 8, 2026. He remains held at the Central Processing Unit.

The 16-year-old female was also charged in connection with a separate armed robbery that occurred on March 11, 2026, at a business in the 18200 block of Flower Hill Way in Gaithersburg. That investigation is being conducted by the 6th District Investigative Section.
